No Maida No Sugar Spongy Cake

Recipe for No Maida and No sugar Spongy cake

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cup wheat flour, 1 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp baking soda,a pinch of salt ,1 cup gud(bella), 1 cup milk( boiled and cooled), 1 tsp vanilla essence, 1/4 cup sunflower oil

Method:

Take 1 1/2  cup aatta in a bowl, add 1 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp baking soda and a pinch of salt to it. Sieve well. In a mixer take 1 cup of grated gud , add 1/4 cup sunflower refined oil and grind it for few seconds. To it add the sieved aatta, add 1 cup boiled and cooled to room temperature milk,  1 tsp vanilla essence or elaichi powder as per your wish and  grind it. Preheat a thick bottomed pan in medium heat for 10 mnts. In an alumiminium baking tin grease it with oil on all sides and bottom. If you are having butter paper, cut it round and put it beneath and apply oil on top of it also. If no butter paper is there, then  on top of the oil dust the tin with little atta. Pour the ground mix into the tin.Tap it well so that no bubbles will be there inside.. Spread tutti fruiti on top of it.  Place a steel coaster inside the preheated pan and keep the cake tin and close the lid. Keep the gas to sim and cook for 40 to 45 minutes.Before putting off the gas test with a knife or toothpick . If it comes without sticking, then it is done. Remove the tin and slide a knife on all the sides, so that the cake will come out faster. Cool if for 10 mnts .In a  plate put the tin  upside down and tap little on its back. The cake will come out of it. Your yummy, spongy cake is ready to eat.🎂👍😊. Try it and give me your feedback.
